About Structural Radar Imaging

Joshua Braunstein (ACI & PTI Certified) founded Structural Radar Imaging in April 2003. He has a background as a construction electrician and has seen other companies use concrete x-ray and was unimpressed. He knew that was not the right answer. He was then introduced to ground penetrating radar and its capabilities and he then realized radar is a better alternative.

Joshua brings real world construction experience to the table for contractors seeking to use ground penetrating radar. Many other GPR companies were started by x-ray technicians that don’t understand the pitfalls of construction. He knows the time constraints contractors are under and he knows what they need are quick reliable answers. He founded Structural Radar Imaging with that knowledge and they work with any contractor to get the needed results.

Working his way through college as a residential electrician, he graduated from the University of Washington in 1992 with a degree in Business Administration. In 1995, he received his commercial journeyman's card, and joined IBEW Local 46 in 1998. His 10+ years as a full time electrician coupled with his business experience has proven invaluable to his customers.  He believes that finding a solution to your problem sometimes requires more then just data.
