For this project, SRI provided the rebar locations inside of the columns, for the retrofitting of a three foot steel plate. It held and arm that extended to provide energy for the Light Rail to operate. SRI was hired to locate the rebar mats along several faces of eight critical columns, for 100+ anchors. SRI also located 30+ core locations along walls and the floors for the updating of the tunnel operations. Without the option to hit any rebar in the columns or conduits in the floor, radar was critical element.
